CAROLYN BURGER, ARTIST

Welcome to my website.  As a Florida artist, I love painting the beautiful scenes that we find in this part of our country.  Using oils, acrylics and watercolor, I capture the sunlight, multi-colored skies, the beach, the water, tropical birds, palms, flowers, boats and other pleasures of this region on canvas or paper.  After retiring as an educator and moving to Marco Island, I began to take art classes and discovered this wonderful profession of painting . Being an artist on a Florida island has been a great blessing to me.  Wherever I look, there is a painting to create.

Presently, my artwork can be seen at my studio on Marco Island at the well known shopping area called the Esplanade, 760 S. Collier Blvd., Marco Island, FL 34145.  My studio, Portside Studio, is part of the Artist Colony at the Esplanade. If you are in the area, please stop by my studio.  I would love to meet you.
